Our Commitment to Local Capacity Across Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Guyana

At Seapack Resources, we are committed to driving sustainable development by embedding local content across all aspects of our operations in Ghana, Ivory Coast, and Guyana. We believe the long-term success of our projects depends on empowering local talent, developing industrial infrastructure, and building strong, region-specific partnerships.

Building Local Talent

Across all three countries, we prioritize the hiring, training, and advancement of local professionals in the oil, gas, and mining sectors.

Ghana

Through technical partnerships with Takoradi Technical University and the Jubilee Technical Training Centre, we provide training, apprenticeships, and direct employment in high-impact technical and managerial roles.

Ivory Coast

We are launching targeted workforce development programs focused on pipeline construction, logistics, and EPCI execution—tailored to the country’s emerging industrial base.

Guyana

As the energy sector grows, we are helping shape a new generation of Guyanese talent through vocational training programs and on-site field experience.

Strategic Joint Ventures & Partnerships

Our joint venture with NOV is a model for impactful collaboration—enhancing technical capabilities, supporting local employment, and enabling knowledge transfer in Ghana and expanding to new markets in West Africa and South America.

We work closely with local educational institutions, training centers, and government agencies to align skill development with project needs.
